1st Hybrid School Workshop – Faisalabad
Held on June 8, 2024, at Quilim Hotel Faisalabad, GLOWSIMS launched its first Hybrid School Workshop. The event empowered decision-makers with tools to manage academic, financial, and communication systems in one platform.
Blended Learning Workshop 04 – Sialkot
GLOWSIMS conducted its fourth blended learning workshop on November 29, 2023, in Sialkot. Teachers and school owners explored new methods for integrating technology into teaching using the GLOWSIMS apps.
GO-LIVE Ceremony – The Next School, Karachi
After signing in July 2023, The Next School successfully went live with GLOWSIMS on November 22, 2023. The ceremony, held at Alpha College, Karachi, celebrated the full implementation of the system across all departments.

Held on October 31, 2023, at PC Hotel Lahore, the 3rd General Council Meeting of PCE brought together school leaders, policymakers, and GLOWSIMS as the ongoing technology partner for the chamber’s members.
Blended Learning Workshop 03 – Gujrat
On September 26, 2023, GLOWSIMS held its third blended learning workshop at Marinate, Gujrat. The session focused on practical use of the GLOWSIMS apps to enable hybrid education models for local schools.

On August 30, 2023, GLOWSIMS organized its second blended learning workshop at Crystal Hotel M.B. Din. Teachers and school administrators explored mobile-first strategies to enhance learning continuity and performance.
Blended Learning Workshop 01 – Phalia
The first GLOWSIMS blended learning workshop was hosted on August 29, 2023, at Crystal Hotel Phalia. Teachers received hands-on training in using the GLOWSIMS mobile apps to enable hybrid learning in schools and colleges.
Teacher App Training – JPS Teachers
On August 23, 2023, over 100+ teachers at Jinnah Public School, Gujrat, were trained in using the teacher app for classroom management. The workshop empowered educators to adopt technology in their day-to-day teaching.
Student & Teacher App Training – JPS Gujrat
Held on August 15, 2023, this session introduced JPS leaders to GLOWSIMS' student and teacher mobile apps. The training prepared JPS for full-scale tech integration across their academic framework.
Talent Hunt Activity – University of Gujrat
On July 25, 2023, GLOWSIMS participated in a talent hunt activity at the University of Gujrat. The Head of the Business Department, Prof. Waqas Manzoor Dar, presented a souvenir to the GLOWSIMS leadership team in recognition of their impact in the education sector.

On May 23, 2023, the GLOWSIMS core team met with IUSS leadership at their Karachi head office. The session focused on collaborative planning, implementation insights, and continued innovation across all campuses.
Signing Ceremony – Happy Place Grammar School
On May 20, 2023, Happy Place Grammar School signed with GLOWSIMS to automate operations across 40 campuses serving over 17,000 students. The event marked a major milestone in EdTech adoption at scale.

The CAS School officially joined the GLOWSIMS network on May 9, 2023. With 1,500 students, this Karachi-based institution aims to optimize its academic and administrative performance through smart school technology.

MOU Signing Ceremony – GLOWSIMS & PCE
On April 1, 2023, GLOWSIMS and the Pakistan Chamber of Education signed an official MOU in Lahore, marking a long-term partnership. Under this agreement, GLOWSIMS will offer free websites and mobile apps to PCE member to promote digital transformation in education.
Signing Ceremony – National Grammar School (NGS)
NGS formally signed with GLOWSIMS on March 16, 2023, to bring digital transformation to 20+ campuses and 3,000+ students across Punjab. The agreement supports data-driven school management and operational excellence.

Signing Ceremony – IU School System Karachi
On April 2, 2022, IUSS signed a multi-campus agreement with GLOWSIMS to implement school management software across their 15 campuses and 5,000 students. The partnership aims to enhance centralized operations and academic performance through tech adoption.

In partnership with KuickPay, GLOWSIMS hosted the Education Leader Conference in Gujranwala on November 13, 2021. Leadership in 21st Century School Management – Islamabad
On October 7, 2021, GLOWSIMS and Wisdom Institution co-hosted a leadership program in Islamabad to promote smart school management. The session welcomed over 30 schools from Rawalpindi and Islamabad to explore the future of EdTech in academic institutions.

Founding Meeting – Pakistan Chamber of Education
On September 14, 2020, GLOWSIMS participated in the founding meeting of the Pakistan Chamber of Education (PCE) in Lahore. Leading school owners gathered to form a collective voice for advocacy and progress.
