GLOWSIMS (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a school management platform. If you have any questions, email us at privacy@glowsims.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the information we collect when you visit our website or get in touch with us — for example, when you request a demo or fill in our contact form.
It does not cover the data that schools store inside the GLOWSIMS platform (such as student, staff, or fee records). We process that data on behalf of each school under our agreement with them. If you're a parent, student, or staff member, please contact your school about that information.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect details such as your name, school or organisation, role, phone or WhatsApp number, email, city, and anything you include in your message.
Information we collect automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data — such as your device and browser type, the pages you visit, and how you found us — using cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or quote;
- contact you about your request;
- improve and secure our website; and
- keep records of the enquiries we receive.
We don't sell your information to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to help our website work and, with your permission, to understand how visitors use it, including analytics services such as Google Analytics. - correct anything that's wrong;
- delete your details; or
- stop contacting you.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website can be completely secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
Children
Our website is meant for school owners, principals, and administrators — not children. We don't knowingly collect information from children through our website. Any student information lives inside the GLOWSIMS platform and is handled under each school's agreement with us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
